Mr Ludovic de Meeûs, Engineer and INSEAD MBA, chairs the Surveillance Board which appoints the CEO, reviews management performance quarterly and reports to the General Assembly of shareholders. As an investor, he represents LBP S.A., an investment holding company under Belgian Law. Mr de Meeûs is also CEO of two agri-nutraceutical companies and board member of several holding companies.
Mr Rudy Van Thuyne , Vice-President
Mr Rudy Van Thuyne is President of BrevImmo, a private investment holding company under Belgian law. Mr Van Thuyne is chartered accountant and has built an extensive career as a Partner until 2002 at Deloitte, a world-wide accounting and audit firm.
Dr Christian Policard
Dr Christian Policard is Managing Partner of Biotech Développement Conseils. He was previously Director of Industrial Relations and Licensing of the INSTITUT PASTEUR. Dr Policard brings extensive industry experience in the field of vaccines, diagnostics, veterinary and biotech business. He was also the former VP of SANOFI’S DIAGNOSTICS division, former VP of SANOFI’S AGRO-VETERINARY division and has acted as a board member of several biotech companies in France, Israel and the UK.
Dr Jean-Louis Benbunan
Dr Jean-Louis Benbunan, MD specialized in Radiology and Oncology, represents PharmInvest S.E.P., an investment partnership under French Law. Dr Benbunan is a medical doctor specialized in cancer radio-therapy and founder and Managing Director of a private cancer clinic in Paris. Dr Benbunan has extensive experience as clinical practitioner in the oncology field.

Dr Jean-Michel Petit, PhD, is Managing Director of FAM and Vice-President of IRDI, which are respectively seed and development venture funds investing in innovative companies in the south of France. FAM is shareholder of BT PHARMA. Dr Petit is specialised in high tech investments for Pension Funds and Venture Capital.
Mme Anna Van Dooren
Mrs Anna Van Dooren, Bachelor in Art History, is a member of the founding Timmerman family and formerly President of the Surveillance Board of BT PHARMA.
