BT PHARMA has developed a pipeline of therapeutics vaccines for the treatment of cancer.
The company’s lead compound, ProCervix®, is in pre clinical development and is scheduled to receive approval for phase I/II clinical trials before the end of 2007. ProCervix® is developed for the treatment of cervical cancer and associated dysplasia. The company aims to develop ProCervix® until Phase II clinical trials, at which point the company will select a partner of choice to conduct late clinical development and commercialisation.
BT PHARMA has two other therapeutic vaccines in pre clinical development, TAAVac (Tumor Associated Antigen Vaccines) for the treatment of a range of human cancers and DOGTAA which targets several important cancers in companion animals.
